24 TONNE CHASER BIN

24 Tonne Chaser Bin (level capacity at 80 kgs per hectalitre or 800 kgs per cubic metre). This bin has up to 27 Tonne heaped capacity.

FEATURES:-

  1. 17″ hydraulic folding auger with automatic lock down (no bolts required to stop leakage).
  2. Hydraulic sliding centre hood doors over 12″ Flight.
  3. All Flights are 6mm segmented section for exceptionally long life.
  4. Full 150 horsepower driveline with overload clutch.
  5. 12,000 kg two speed Jack as standard.
  6. Paintwork is 220 Croda Styralux enamel - standard colours - John Deere Green with yellow wheels or Azure Blue with white wheels.
  7. Unloading rates of up to 9 tonnes per minute are attainable.
  8. Level view windows in front panel.
  9. Rear ladder.
  10. Drop doors on bottom auger for easy cleaning.
  11. 1″ Duplex (double) roller chain driveline with taper lock sprockets.
  12. 30.5 x 32″ - 8.5mm Hi Tensile Rims with 20mm Hi Tensile centres are standard - no tyres.
  13. 30 tonne 10 Stud Hubs are standard.
  14. Adjustable Drawbar height.
  15. Universal beam main frame and universal column axle.
  16. 2.5mm sheet used throughout bin.
  17. Automatic lining up of folding auger.
  18. Wide load flag mounts at each corner.
  19. Auger Delivery Height - 4.4 metres.

Delivery and start up can be arranged. Various PTO splines are available.

This bin has up to 32 Tonne heaped capacity.

Comprises of 40 Tonne 12 Stud Hubs, Logger Tyres or Trelleborg Tyres and high top steel work.

Delivery and start up can be arranged. Various PTO splines are available.
