Illabo is a two teacher school situated in the small township of Illabo on the Olympic Highway between Junee and Cootamundra in the Southwest Slopes of NSW.  The school was established in 1884 to service a local stone quarry and the railway. It now serves the surrounding rural community and the people living in the village itself. The community is  very strong in its support of the school and other social bodies.  These all work together well for the benefit of each other.
